Please note that all returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will send out a replacement for you, free of charge! If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. Simply send out a photo of the damage on the item via email to us at email@example.com and one of our Lab Technicians will be in touch with you soon!
Please note that the incurred shipping cost will not be included in the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately, we cannot process change of mind refunds or exchange earrings and straws for hygiene reasons.
